Location: Andheri ( Mumbai )

Job Summary:


We're seeking an experienced and strategic Software Sales Team Lead to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will develop and execute sales strategies, drive revenue growth, and mentor team members.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage a team of software sales executives.
2. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly targets.
3. Analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, technical, etc.).
6. Provide coaching, training, and guidance to team members.
7. Manage sales pipeline and forecasting.

Requirements:

1. 5+ years of experience in software sales or business development.
2. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
3. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
4. Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
5. Strong understanding of software solutions and industry trends.

Desirable Skills:

1. Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
2. Knowledge of cloud computing, cybersecurity, or software development.
3. Certification in sales or business development.
