Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 4–5 sales professionals, managing and mentoring effectively.
• Handle sales, marketing, and coordination tasks.
• Review and follow up on pending orders and dispatches.
• Prepare Excel reports, MIS, invoices, and billing documentation.
• Maintain accurate data records and ensure timely communication with customers.
• Draft dispatch letters and manage customer follow-ups.
• Exhibit strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to meet sales goals.
• Ensure excellent written and verbal English communication for client interactions.
